These access data are exclusively evaluated for the purpose of ensuring a trouble-free operation of the site as well as the improvement of our offer. This serves to protect our predominantly legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. All access data are processed as long as it is necessary for the purposes stated above.

Use of Google Services

Google Analytics
For the purpose of optimized marketing of our website, we have activated the data sharing settings for "Google products and services". This allows Google to access and use the data collected and processed by Google Analytics and subsequently improve Google's services. Data sharing with Google as part of these data sharing settings is based on an additional agreement between controllers. We have no influence on the subsequent data processing by Google. We also use the extension function Google Optimize of Google Analytics to create and conduct tests. For the purpose of optimized marketing of our website, we use the so-called User-ID function. Using this function, we can assign a unique, permanent ID to your interaction data across sessions on our online presences and thus analyze your user behavior across devices and sessions. For web analysis, the cross-device tracking function Google Signals of Google Analytics enables cross-device tracking. If your internet-enabled devices are linked to your Google account and you have activated the setting "personalized advertising" in your Google account, Google can create reports about your usage behavior (especially the cross-device user numbers), even if you change your end device. A processing of personal data by us does not take place in this respect, we only receive statistics created on the basis of Google Signals.
Google Ads
For advertising purposes in the Google search results and on third-party websites, the so-called Google Remarketing Cookie is set when you visit our website, which automatically enables interest-based advertising by means of a pseudonymous CookieID and based on the pages you visit. Additional data processing only takes place if you have activated the setting "personalized advertising" in your Google account. In this case, if you are logged into Google during your visit to our website, Google uses your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing. For website analysis and event tracking, we measure your subsequent usage behavior via Google Ads Conversion Tracking if you have reached our website via a Google Ads advertisement. For this purpose, cookies can be used and data (IP address, time of visit, device, and browser information as well as information about your use of our website based on specified events, such as visiting a website or subscribing to a newsletter) can be collected, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms.
Google Maps
For the visual representation of geographic information, data about your use of the Maps functions, in particular the IP address and location data, are collected, transmitted to Google, and subsequently processed by Google. We have no influence on this subsequent data processing.
Google reCAPTCHA
For the purpose of protecting against misuse of our web forms as well as spam through automated software (so-called bots), Google reCAPTCHA collects data (IP address, time of visit, browser information as well as information about your use of our website) and conducts an analysis of your usage behavior through a so-called JavaScript and cookies. In addition, other cookies stored by Google services in your browser are evaluated. No personal data is read or stored from the input fields of the respective form.
Google Fonts
For a uniform representation of content on our website, data (IP address, time of visit, device, and browser information) are collected by the script code "Google Fonts", transmitted to Google, and subsequently processed by Google. We have no influence on this subsequent data processing. We use the technologies listed below from Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The information automatically collected by the Google technologies about your use of our website is usually transferred to a server of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, and stored there. Unless otherwise specified in the individual technologies, data processing is based on an agreement between jointly responsible parties according to Art. 26 GDPR. Further information about data processing by Google can be found in Google's privacy policy.
